No. We arrive fully self-contained — our own water, our own power, and our own shade canopy. Most mobile detailers need to plug into your house and hook up to your spigot. We don't — all we need is a parking spot with a little room around the car.
The Essential Detail ($139–$199+) is a complete interior and exterior cleaning — wipe-down, vacuum, windows, hand wash, tire shine. The Signature Detail ($249–$339+) goes deeper: carpet and seat shampoo, high-temperature steam, leather care, every crevice. If the interior needs real restoration, Signature is the one.
Plan on a couple of hours for an Essential and longer for a Signature — deep cleaning takes the time it takes, and we don't rush it. Exact timing depends on your vehicle's size and condition, and we'll give you a realistic window when we confirm your booking. You don't need to wait around while we work.
We do cross the bridge — call or text and we'll confirm availability and the travel fee for your address. Closer to home, travel is free across Northeast Philadelphia and nearby; beyond 12 miles it's $3/mile beyond 12 miles, $25 minimum. Not sure if you're in range? Text us your ZIP.
Rain moves your appointment — free, and your deposit carries over. We'll text you the day before if the forecast turns. In cold months, below about 50°F interior shampoo won't dry properly outdoors — if you have a garage we can work in, we're good year-round.
We book a minimum of 3 days out — it keeps every job unhurried and done right. Booking online takes under a minute, and popular slots go first, so don't sit on it.
No — and we won't sell you a service dressed up as one. Our Ceramic Spray Coat add-on is an honest, hydrophobic spray-on layer for extra gloss and water beading, not a multi-year ceramic system. If your paint needs correction, we'll tell you straight.
Cash App or cash. Card payments coming soon. Deposit holds your slot and comes off the final price. Your final quote is always confirmed on-site before we start.
Bring it — we've seen worse than you think. Heavier conditions like deep pet hair, excessive sand or mud, smoke odor, or a long-neglected interior carry an upcharge, and we'll always tell you before we start — never after. Biohazards (mold, spills, anything organic) are quoted by phone.
